OmegaPlus Solutions Limited (OSL), is a private limited liability company incorporated in Nigeria by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under the Company And Allied Matters Act, (CAMA), 1990 and as amended. It was incorporated in 2012 and started business same year. The company has its corporate office at 13, Oshifila Street, Abel Olufemi House, off Akinyemi Street, Anifowoshe, Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria and branches in Ibadan and Calabar. OmegaPlus Solutions Limited parades highly competent workforce. These include Systems Analysts, Programmers & Software Developers, Software Testers, Systems & Database Administrators, Security & Network Engineers/Technicians, Security/IS Auditors, Business Developers, Professional Accountants & Administrators etc.
The overall objective of the company is to provide high quality information and communication technology (ICT) services to corporate bodies, petroleum firms (Oil & Gas), Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDA), Academic communities, Financial Institutions, Health Care providers, Hospitality Industry, Manufacturing concerns, Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Individuals and the general public.
